I have been trying to pay Capitol one credit card balance. They keep rejecting my payments because my there’s a lack of funds from my card. But my bank says there’s plenty of money in my account. I’ve tried to pay my balance in full multiple times. Do I have to still pay them if they won’t accept my payments
