My car is financed. I was *.days behind on payments and thought my car got repoed. Called them when they opened, they said I just should catch up but my car was not up for repossession. They said contact dealer. The dealer won't say yes or no but says the car is being detailed and I cannot get my belongings and the finance company says the car belongs to them and to report it stolen. Also to.report dealer to some compliance agency. I am beyond stressed as being late was very horrible. I paid money i.owed but they won't give me my car. I don't know what time frame they are hoping to wait me out. They said there were issues with the car and the police and that I would be indicted for whatever those things were. I feel like they should be under fire for stealing my and the finance company's car.
