Decedent, residing in rural Maryland, experienced prolonged Roundup exposure. Years later, severe night sweats manifested, persisting a decade. Yes, I believe there's a strong case. She used Roundup regularly, multiple times a week for two summers, spraying large flower beds. This was in the late 90s, in southern Maryland. The night sweats started a few years after that, and continued for ten years before her lymphoma diagnosis. I'm looking for lawyers in Utah who can help me pursue this potential wrongful death claim

I tried to contack the supervisor for almost a year asking for the inspection report. I asked my case manager for a copy of my lease, she gave me the wrong one and never gave me the correct one. the landlord knew about the roaches, he knew about the windows he knew about the doors, he did most of the repairs himself. he knew homeless wore breaking in prior to me moving in, i have ppl knocking on my door at all hours at first. he never told me about the breakins. he knew the siding at the top of the roof had been falling down. he knew that all the window frames were extremly dry rotted so bad that you could see outside thru the holes
