Hello Laura Gillespie, it's nice to meet you. How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
yes I purchased a used vehicle from a private buyer and put alot of money down for the down payment and made monthly payment agreement of $*.* until the $*,*.* balance was paid in full. However, the vehicle lasted less than a week and it got me stranded at our local Walmart and it sat their for about * weeks before I finally got enough money to have it towed home. The vehicle still sits in driveway, broke down, almost two months later with the seller telling me numerous times that he would come look at it and tell me whats wrong with it so I can fix it. He never called nor did or has he ever shown up but, still wants monthly payment or he will repossess it. He was notified right after it broke down on me. He sold me a lemon. Not to mention, its a Saturn and Saturn does not manufacture vehicles any longer. They have been out of business for more than a couple years now. So, gets parts is going to be difficult for it.I want my money back the whole $*,* that has been applied towards the $*,*.* already.
