I have an account open with GreenDot and they have been refusing to release my money stating that they cannot verify my receipt for a money pack purchase with CVS. However, I’ve sent over the receipt that CVS gave me along with the front and back copy of the money pack that they requested, I also called and open the claim with CVS about the receipt and CVS sent me their information in regards to the receipt that green dot is saying that they can’t validate we’ve been going back-and-forth for a month with no resolution what are my options to sue them
