I’m having a legal matter that I need help with. My vehicle was just repossessed by Santander Consumer but when I received a response to my CFPB complaint I was informed to reach out to the CARES team & in the same response I received last week I was told that they would be processing the cease and desist on my account since I complained about not only the excessive calls but also the way that I reached out about 3 months ago about restructuring my loan with them due to a financial hardship. They never reached back out despite saying they’d call. I also have mental health problems stemming from a stroke that I had back in *. Santander Consumer ignored that issue & failed to provide reasonable accommodation to my situation & repossessed my vehicle anyways
