I'm * and my son tells me I made a mistake. I needed money to repair my old car. Decided to sell sterling silver flatware. I didn't know what to expect. Looked up facet jewelry in bbb to see if they were bbb. Went there to sell silver. They advised me that my international mademoiselle sterling was not pure but only *% silver with other metals and worth $.* per oz. I needed my only transportation and sold it to them for total of $*.*. they said they don't give receipts. Do I have any recourse or is it a loss. I should have gotten enough to fix my car. I saved this silver over 50 years.
