My father passed in *. He had a mobile home he had been paying a mortgage on. I felt like the right thing to do was to keep paying it even though I have no obligations to the mortgage. It's paid every month on or by the 22nd plus late fees if applicable. It's isn't behind. But the mortgage company has harassed me EVERY month about it saying they aren't willing to extend to the 22nd although they take their money. Is there anything that can be done to stop the harassment?

If i am to send the letter can i or should I continue paying the mortgage since the mobile home os on my property if i choose?
Hello Shannon, you could continue payments to preserve the mobile home's equity and avoid foreclosure. However, you're not obligated to pay your father's debt. If the mortgage company harasses you, they could be violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Please consult a local attorney.
