Because i wasnt aware of my bill being 3gs they could of shut me off before my bill got that higb. They say they couldnt enter my yard to turn my power off cuz of my dog which that was a lie cuz back n * they put a smart meter I thought I'll pass the electric disconnect customers after their their bill of like two missed payments not a whole Year's worth of miscipating missing a payment up to *,*

El Paso Electric disconnected me the first day of the first winter storm on January 4th and my son got sick that day and he had to go to the doctor because we didn't have no power I haven't had power for 5 months they disconnected me knowing that I have applied for LIHEAP they still disconnecting me the welfare office was behind on doing payments at the time so by the time they paid for my El Paso Electric I was already disconnected they paid at the end of January when I applied at the end of December El Paso Electric did not come to my door until a year later to let me know that my my power was getting disconnected I had it I didn't have a mailbox key for almost a year that's dating notify me I didn't know they know if I leave by mail but I wasn't unable to check my mailbox because I have a key they didn't come to my door for a year I've been 5 months of that without power and I can't do this no more I just need to figure out what how to go about this I've gone everyone nobody wants to help me
