I ordered * items online and for some reasons I returned them, but the items were lost on the way back to the warehouse as I contacted UPS to confirmed about that and suggested me to inform the merchant to file a claim and initiate the investigation as I cannot do that for the merchant. I reported the problem to the merchant but they refused to do anything and insisted the items are still on the way to warehouse,  required me to wait but not offering any time frame to wait. As i know if the warehouse don't received and sign for the items, the merchant will not refund to me. In this case, I really don’t know what I can do?!
