I have a question. I signed a contract with a pest control company to get quarterly vservices for a year, and they agreed to treat an area surrounding my house up to * feet, plus every room indoors along baseboards, plus perimiter of yard on first visit, then as needed after, but they did not treat any outdoor area and only treated one room indoors during first visit, then lied about it on statement they sent via email. Am i obligated to maintain contract if they broke it first?
