Can I still work for the company and simultaneously sue I court for damages and, if they try to fire me , because they already threatened me when I started to ask for documents, can I ask the court for an injunction that allow me to perform? I can't afford a lawyer. Besides I have had really bad experience with them. They are usually unknowledgeable and wrong. I lost w case because of one who instructed me incorrectly. In a few cases lawyers told me I had no chance but then I won the cases proving them wrong.
