I would like to know what legal rights I have regarding a situation in which I, as a member of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, received a disclosure statement which contains a contradiction in identifying as a non-sectarian institution when , in fact, it is a religious institution. I might not have joined had I known that previous to my joining.
