My name is Latoya Jenkins I paid "Eating with The Jones" $* to cater my grandmothers repast. He did not show up or call. We had to hire another catering service and pay additional for them to arrive immediately with food. We then had to pay additional for the venue to allow us to stay longer to make sure everyone ate. "Eating with The Jones" originally agreed to pay us back or deposit, however he stopped answering calls and text. We lost close to $* behind this. Is this something I can take to court and if so am I able to get back the additional we had to pay?
