will be described in a Work Order, and such description will include a summary of the AI Model’s purpose and functions and a detailed description of: (a) the use of any Lilly Property to train, test, develop, or as input into the AI Model; (b) the type of Lilly Property to be used as input into the AI Model; (c) the specific AI Model. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the requirements of Section *.*.* will not apply if (i) such AI Model will not process Lilly Property; (ii) the output of such AI Model will not be provided as or incorporated into a Work Product or Deliverable; and (iii) such AI Model is not developed or deployed with the intended purpose of making predictions, recommendations, decisions, or other outputs that could or actually have a legal or similarly significant effect on the access of an individual to housing, employment, credit, education, healthcare, or insurance in a manner that poses a significant risk to rights afforded under Applicable Laws.
