I was approached by internet cable company in dec * to install optical fiber.the cost was * payable in * installments. They told me the installation process would begin in April of * and would be finalized in July. However in July connection couldn't be setup and the technician told me that it would be finalized in a week or two and I would be informed when it's done. However nobody cam for almost noneonth and no information was given. After nine months they asked me to complete the installation which I refused and didn't want to go forward. Now they are claiming that the installation time is 2 years. However I was never told about that and they are claiming that it's in contract. They said if I want to continue cancellation I would have to pay * for that. What can I do. The place is espoo in Finland.
