I am working as consultant for getting the JV done with german company and Indian company and enter into nda for specific Product but now both companies entered into their JV but extended that product to more category and trying to do direct dealing without involving me . So whether as a consultant can I file a legal suit against them

No there is no specific clause but NDA was proposed for one particular wind turbine business but other company is having many other business so they are trying to include that which are not mentioned in nda and trying to deal stating that these product was not the part of agreement or NDA and avoiding paying me the consultancy fees
