im being charged with a c felony my dad is saying I opened a credit card in his name without him knowing I have a recording of the credit card company and my dad from five years ago he told them that I was paying the bill and I was I’ve never had the card he’s the only one with it we used it once and he new it I’ve just went through a bad divorce and my ex has been telling my dad and everybody else I need help that I’m on drugs I’m not and I’ve never been in trouble with drugs my dad is wanting me to go to rehab and I don’t need help or rehab so the prosecutor has offered me drug court probation and up to 180 days in jail I’ve not committed any crime it’s all gear say and I’ve got court Friday and the case between my dad and the credit card company case has been closed I’ve never been in any trouble besides speeding I’m 45 years old and never been in trouble and I don’t know what to do/
