On or around July 29th, * my car was stolen from my Minnesota home by my sons girlfriend. She fled the state at that time to Atlanta, GA where she had family. She finally told us where the car was after about a week and it was recovered with no damage. A warrant was issued and she finally apprehended the end of January *. the I bailed my son's girlfriend out of jail in Minnesota. She failed to appear to her settlement hearing before the jury trial. Her bail bond was revoked by the judge and a warrant was issued for her arrest. My son and I finally tracked her down and had her arrested on the fail to appear warrant.

What I need to or want to get taken care of is getting my name off the bail bond. It was revoked when she failed to appear in June * and the judge ordered the new bail be set at $*,*. We finally found her again and had her arrested last week. At the hearing the judge gave bail conditions of reinstating the original bond of $*.* (mine)with an additional $*.*.* bail needed to secure conditional release, for a total of $*.*.*.

We don't have a legal aide around here and if that were possible they are so backed up it wouldn't help. I'm a 68 year old widow and hiring an attorney would be a financial burden I can't afford.
