I am an advocate for complainant & accused person is filed bail application in session court FIR was lodge earlier for *(*) of bns act which is voluntarily causing hurt my dangerous weapon after that the accused person filed a bail application in lower court which was rejected then more sections are added in the chargesheet or remand report sec * of bns which is punishment for attempt to murder now the bail is filed in session court my question is whether the bail application is tanable without adding more sections or the accused advocate has to add all the section later on then file the bail application
