Half moon bay, California. I was sleeping in my car overnight in a Safeway parking lot. Had my windows covered when I was awoken by a noise right by my window. I peeked out when I saw a man right outside. I was curious what he was up to as he was hooded. What made it suspicious was when I turned on my flashlight, it seemed like he hid behind a tree that was just a few feet away and kept peeking towards the car. Eventually he would sit just meter in front of the car. Considering this was * am and I was in the back seat with my front seat pushed all the way front unable to get my car to start, I called * to get officers to checkout the individual.
