I'm sorry to hear about your fiancé's situation. Has he reported these incidents of assault and violation of his rights to the prison authorities or any legal entity?
I'm looking for someone that can help guide us through the process and maybe overturn his conviction and help us fight for his human rights And hopefully make a change where people can get treatment for their mental health and drug addiction before they are so harshly punished when they are seeking treatment

What is the reason for appealing his conviction?
Insufficient legal representation for one violations of his civil and human rights and I don't think he was given the right due process of law he was informed * minutes before he was supposed to show up and quote that he needs to be at the lawyer's office so they could do it over zoom it wasn't held in the public court and he did not get to decide that or no about it and the lawyer didn't fight for him Or do what he promised or we had planned he had A Plan of action and a treatment facility the best in Texas called the Brazos waiting for him and they wouldn't even consider it he suffers from mental health and HIV and has not been given a chance Pretty much laughed out when he talked about his sexual assault
