I was supposed to turn myself in on Saturday which I did but the jail would not except me cause I had no paperwork nor do I have any type of warrant
Hi ****! That sounds like a confusing situation. Do you have any court documents or communication from the court that instructed you to turn yourself in? It might help to clarify what the court expects from you.
My probation officer said to do so . I was to set 10 days in jail then was gonna be transported to a rehab
It sounds like there might be a miscommunication or missing paperwork. Here are a few steps you can take:
- Contact your probation officer to clarify the instructions and obtain any necessary documents.
- Check with the court for any orders or paperwork that might have been issued.
- Ensure you have any written instructions or court orders when you go to the jail.
Have you been able to contact your probation officer since this happened?
No she was off today so I left a voicemail. But she has told me if I did not turn myself in I would face felony escape charges
