No Criminal Background
That's great to hear that you have no criminal background, **** ****. How can I assist you further with your legal issue?
Someone filed a case against me in Family court (unjustly) then filed a charge (false) in criminal court
I'm sorry to hear that, **** ****. Can you please provide me with more details about the case filed against you in the Family court?
I lost my Section * subsidy
I'm sorry to hear about your situation, **** ****. Can you please provide more details about why you lost your Section * subsidy?
I don't know - The recertification of the Subsidy was renewed - Then I was told without notice while walking down the street one day that I was to acquiesce sole proprietorship of the address to the accuser, a stranger to me, and not return to the multi unit dwelling for a year - I've been appointed * Public Defenders - one passes me off to another - I have NO criminal history and they're sending me to an arraignment on Wednesday that was originally just supposed to be a calendar call with a charge they did NOT present to me at the the time of the original order to stay away from a person I don't KNOW
I understand that you lost your Section * subsidy and are facing a legal issue. It seems like there are multiple aspects to your situation. Can you please clarify what specific charge has been filed against you in the criminal court?
Simple assault and violation of the relief from abuse
I'm sorry to hear about your situation, **** ****. Regarding the charge of simple assault and violation of the relief from abuse, I have a few questions to better understand your case:

*. Can you provide more details about the incident that led to these charges?
I have every detail
Thank you for providing the details, **** ****. It's important to have all the information for a better understanding of your case.

To assist you further, I have a few more questions:

*. Have you been served with any legal documents related to the charges filed against you?
*. Do you have any witnesses or evidence that can support your defense?
*. Have you spoken to your appointed public defenders about the specific charges and your concerns?

Please provide these details so that I can provide you with more accurate information and guidance.
One: Relief from abuse, while I was walking down the street *. Same order served again while sitting in the park, I matched it to the original copy in my bag and verified with the serving officer I already had the order in my very hands from days before *. Orders from the Court that I (lodged, NOT incarcerated) fulfill orders that were explained to me because I have NO criminal background so long as I complete the orders July * would be nothing other than a verification I completed the expectation of me in the orders - *. Simple Assault charge was added without notice and not presented to me until I physically went into the court to verify my mailing address - *. I did NOT assault the accuser *. The statements of the accuser that I have in the paperwork provided to me are predominantly false *. There were no witnesses, however I have a history of emails dated regarding ongoing harassment of me in the building which also indicate I had no intention of seeking to have anyone examined for being ousted from the building, yet simply wanted to communicate it might be a good idea to transition me to another subsidized housing location
Thank you for providing the details, **** ****. It seems like you have been served with multiple legal documents related to the charges filed against you. To assist you further, I have a few more questions:

*. Have you consulted with your appointed public defenders about the false statements made by the accuser and the addition of the simple assault charge without notice?
*. Have you gathered any evidence or documentation to support your defense, such as the emails regarding ongoing harassment in the building?
