I was on in leui of conviction for a drug charge but in that case the deputy in question was caught tampering with evidence so they threw out one of my charges and had me plead to the lesser of the two but if the arressting officer is uncreadible for the one charge how is he credible for the other shouldnt the entire case have been dismissed? But i caught another new charge while being on ilc now they want to revoke my ilc and send me to prison shouldnt that case be dismissed all together and that would wipe it blank then i would b charged with possession and b put on ilc for this new charge

Drug possession because the cop pulled me over said i was seen coming out of a known drug house but i never stepped doot into known house i just gave someone a ride and got pulled over and what they found was old stuff i didnt even know was there
