Ok. My son got into a fight with another kid about 2 months ago.the other boy and his mom decided to chase my son down. When he dropped his bookback she decided to throw it over the bridge into the river. Can i file charges on her for that as an adult trying to hurt a kid. Also she just about a week or so ago filed charges on my son for a fight her son started
