i am an advocate and one of my client is in jail, who also suffered and bullet injury and is in requisite of medical assistance but the jail authority not took him to hospital instead suffered a false report to court that accused is fit and fine on the other hand patient/accused suffered serious illness. instead of his treatment jail administration charging him 30k per day for providing him guard during the time in hospital moreover accused himself bearing all the expenses in hospital
