I kind of have an issue my boyfriend is incarcerated at the moment. He was living with me prior to being incarcerated and now his counselor is stating that they will not release him to come home due to his charges on why he's there. Now none of this has anything to do with me his charges. And he was living here so how can they say that he can't come home and is there anything I can do
