Fiduciary Duty Breach Concerns

Summary

A breach of fiduciary duty occurs when someone fails to act in another partys best interest, such as misusing funds or failing to disclose information. If your attorneys conduct in your criminal case is concerning, consider filing a complaint with the State Bar of California, seeking a second opinion, or exploring legal malpractice options. Misconduct may include not returning important documents, making inappropriate comments, or failing to represent your rights adequately. Consult with a local attorney for personalized advice and potential legal action.
