I am in the uk and found a disabled badge on a road, then my car got impounded and I went to get it back and they told me it was impounded because the blue badge was reported stolen and i did not know this was such a serious offence, i am a radiography student and had I known this would happen i would never jeopardise that this is my first ever criminal offence but i have * points on my license and ill get a letter from the court is what they said so will i get a fine or an actual criminal offence on my dbs
