The problem is my husband is currently in Philadelphia’s cfcf prison and I posted bail for him. He has a detainer in bucks county and Montgomery count from what the Philadelphia prison says is because of warrants but I can’t get any info from anyone because no one answers the phone on the weekends in either county and can not understand why the information is not shown on his criminal records. Could u look and see what u think
It sounds like a challenging situation. Here are some steps you might consider:
- Contact Courts Directly: Try reaching out to the Bucks County and Montgomery County courts during weekdays for more information on the detainers and warrants.
- Online Records: Check online court records for any updates. Some counties provide online access to court records.
- Legal Assistance: Consider consulting with a local attorney for guidance on handling detainers and warrants.
