Subject: Request to File an Appeal in High Court Against Acquittal in CRLA/*/* Case
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Prasad, son of Krishna, residing in Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam. I am writing to request your esteemed office to file an appeal in the High Court against the acquittal of Budumuru Padmavathi and Budumuru Srinivasa Rao in the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge Court, Gajuwaka (Case CRLA/*/*).
The accused, Budumuru Padmavathi and Budumuru Srinivasa Rao, were initially convicted by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gajuwaka, under Sections * and * of IPC and were convicted under Section *(*) Cr.P.C. However, they were acquitted by the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge Court, Gajuwaka. The judgment pronounced the acquittal, and the fine amount paid by the appellants is to be returned.
I believe the case was genuineand the acquittal causes me significant distress both mentally and physically. As a disabled person suffering from various health issues, I request that an appeal be filed in the High Court to ensure that justice is served.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Prasad
Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam
