Withdrawing Plea In Idaho
Summary
To withdraw a plea in Idaho, file a motion to withdraw in the original court, presenting new evidence. If post-judgment, consider Idaho Criminal Rule 33 for a new trial or file a Post-Conviction Relief (PCR) petition under Idaho Code Section 19-4901. Habeas corpus petitions are also an option if constitutional rights were violated. Legal representation is crucial for navigating these processes effectively.Full Conversation
