Criminal judicial system is the topic, I want to know what my cousin can do if he has already barred by post conviction remedies but his trial record was I completed by the time if his direct appeal ,the voir dire and the identification of each jurors are missing and now he doesn't what to do because of lack of venue ,under his knowledge
