Is it wrong/illegal for me (18y) to tell a close friend (16y) who is going through some really bad mental heath issues and who has run away from home before, that I really don't want them running away from home again, but that if they ever do run away again, that I would prefer that they go to my house and that my home is a safe place for them (for them to go to to calm down and feel safe) instead of them being outside overnight or something which is objectively unsafe
