We've thought about finding a different attorney if it would be worth fighting I'm just trying to figure out if and how they can do this by dismissing one and still charging my husbad

There's no relationship the property that was they said burglarized is my husband's best friend's parents shop next door my husband heard a loud noise as a good neighbor went to go check on it and the guy stole a broken air tool was all that was taken

But my husband heard the noise he went down and checked to make sure nothing or no one was messing around there because he was given permission to go in that shop but the door was already open all my husband did was went in to make sure nobody was in there and that's when the guy stole the broken air tool and held the gun to my husband and he did not know that his best friend whose parents own the property is the one who told him that and was told that all they could hear was Alex's voice but he was not on camera the other guy was

But my husband did but his friend know whose parents own the property about the incident to let them know that he shut the door after he went in and checked to make sure nobody was in there

He's been arrested three times now on this and has done a *-day sanction already back in December

It's for the same case and it's because you missed the court date and the second time he got arrested was because he missed a community correction appointment due to being sick and called in but she still violated him

According to the court website there's a motion for a show cause hearing but no hearing has beuen scheduled but his attorney said she's going to try to get his evaluation scheduled so he can go to treatment again like he's wanting but won't give answers about when a hearing is going to be scheduled every time my husband gets arrested she goes on vacation so he's stuck in jail longer because of it. .

None because she told my husband that if I was to contact the court it would get him in more trouble

She told my husband we are supposed to go through her not the court that's why he has an attorney but I myself have not been happy or satisfied with her since this case started keep in mind my husband has mental issues so if I am not able to help him he don't know what to do or say and from my point of view this attorney pretty much just told him what to do. Not really faught for him at all during this whole case to me she's pretty much agreed not tried to argue nothing with the State prosecutor

I've tried to express how I feel and my the disatisfaction with her I am told that I need to basically stay out of it because it'll make it worse on my husband to be honest this has really hurt our family because we have health issues on top of take care of his parents who have major health issues with our kids also having health issues who are out of state with my mother and every time I hasn't tries to do right he gets no help and ends up in jail

I haven't because I don't know anything really about the court system because I've never been in trouble I have a clean record. And like I said also my husband has never been in trouble this was the first time he's ever been charged like this so this is all new to both of us and I'm trying to fight for him and help him but I don't know what to do
