I'm in St Clair City Franklin county Missouri * I was on house arrest for Franklin county but St Clair city cops come and got me for a warrant from Crawford county seat belt ticket then St Clair police officer took me to Franklin county Crawford county was an expediting because of overcrowded and under a flash flood watch so St Clair PD called bourbon PD city cop to transfer me cuz he's the one that wrote me a ticket a year ago
