Me and my 14 year old daughter was subpoenaed to court and It’s * miles away I’m not able to make the drive financially and my daughter has state testing the day we are required to show up. Will I get arrested if I don’t comply I have tried to reach out to the prosecuting attorney I left a voicemail and marked it urgent explaining my situation, but have not heard back
