so i came back on an alt, but that was because we were mostly arguing, i barely watched her old videos, i think i only did it like once which led her to call me a ''stalker'' i am genuinely wondering if im a criminal or if i did a crime or not, i was just a dumb immature child :( For a time being, i even was friends with the girl, but i just went off on her because of the old drama, she said i have anger issues and blocked me, later, we just started making posts about each other until she made her videos about me, i got scared and deleted everything and apologized. I belive the reason she said i was stalking her is because i was watching her really old videos of her when she was * - * to try and find info about her and turn it against her. Now i belive i might've accidentally slandered the youtuber on my community post, i belived that she was in the wrong as i didn't get to see the full context of her video
Your actions may have been considered online harassment, but given your age at the time and your subsequent apologies, it's unlikely to result in criminal charges. Slander typically involves making false statements that harm someone’s reputation, but since you deleted the posts and apologized, it’s less severe.
