Preliminary hearing October 2nd and I believe both warrant for myself and after arresting me and getting a search warrant for my house was done illegally or technically it's not my house I don't have my name on the lease or any bills I don't pay electric or anything so the place of residence I guess you could say

After they came got me on the warrant for harassment six officers who entered the structure legally and looked into my apartment one of them they said they smelled marijuana they then took me to jail and they did not give me any warning or tell me they were searching my place they just said they smell marijuana after I had already been taken into custody

No they had a they didn't have a search warrant they had a warrant for my arrest and they entered the structure without identifying themselves and then they proceeded to get a search warrant after they already had me in custody and took me down to the station they didn't give me a copy of the warrant till the next day and I did not know I was getting searched and I did not know I had charges till the next day

I honestly don't know right now they just kind of handed me paperwork and in it and then when I got home there was a copy of all the stuff they took in the search warrant and that's how I found out my house got searched well what they took I found out when I was getting booked out at my house had been surged and I had three new charges

Well they had a warrant for my arrest is why they entered the establishment or the building that I was residing and that's in somebody else's name that I don't pay bills at they entered that place first arrested me took me downstairs and then when I was going to jail they issued another search warrant and search my house and then charge me with new charges and I was not aware of them charges or the search warrant until the next day when I was being released from jail on bond

Yes personally she did and plus they looked in my apartment when they were arresting me and the officer didn't say anything he didn't tell me anything they took me downstairs I argued with them for about * minutes and then they took me to jail without me knowing they were going to get a search warrant at that point they did say though they smell marijuana

They haven't told me anything the only reason I know they search the places because I had a very poorly written properly list they took and a search warrant sit on my kitchen table

I well they took everything that they said they did but they left other items including a marijuana pipes marijuana roaches a particular items dealing with methamphetamines and unprescribed pills pills they left it all there it's like they went and got what they needed to get me in trouble and left

I called tv9 and I asked her to take it down and she would not and then I told her my side about how I've been abused and neglected and sexually abused and how I can't get any help and how they just treat you if they if you're labeled a drug addict or a drug user I've scared to do anything anymore I don't know what to do with my life I've been contemplating suicide like there's not much I can do I don't have money I don't have no one to help me

They walked into my the structure the apartment building has a number on the door they didn't knock on it they just came into it they didn't announce themselves I live in a downtown residential area the smell of marijuana could have been coming from anywhere the officer that looked in my apartment before they conducted the search warrant seeing that there's clearly nothing of danger up there one of the officers that was there had previously gone to a child custody hearing of mine when he wasn't needed just on his own free will and testified that he thought I was on drugs and stuff and it got thrown out because he had no proof in the judge laughed at him there's the there's a more of a backstory I feel harassed and like they're out to get me

No I actually told them they weren't allowed in there the first time they came in illegally and then I told them they couldn't search the house because it's not mine my name's not on it I don't live there and then my girlfriend stayed why they took me to jail and told them that they could not go in there and they pretty much made her leave and then they got the search warrant and they went in and they didn't let me know about it at all
