I, Aaron Sunshine Manuel, respectfully request that the court quash/recall the warrant issued for my arrest due to failure to appear on */*/*.
The reason for my failure to appear is I didnt feel safe to come home to my residence in Scottsdale, Arizona as my abusive ex boyfriend was still around my residence at the time and I didnt feel safe. I did make a incident report with salt river police department the night of */*/* stating i needed a officer to come to my residence because my ex was there and wasn't supposed to be around me because of a active protective order in place through gila river police department. I have attached any supporting evidence, such as a witness statement from a friend who's residence I was staying at from */*/* to */*/*.
I understand the importance of attending court appearances and assure the court that I will attend all future scheduled dates. I respectfully request the court to consider my circumstances and grant this motion to quash/recall the warrant.
