Yes i reported the possible theft and opened a caes with udot detective who said it was too late i had insurance paid taxes and renewal but with out the plate couldn't continue

I contacted the dmv it was.already in impound and wouldn't release it to me i atill have the origanol title. But udot couldn't do anything for me
