To file a federal lawsuit involving multiple parties like DCFS, a judge, police department, and others, you would need to ensure each party's actions fall under federal jurisdiction. This can get quite complex.
- Generally, you can file a single lawsuit if all parties are involved in the same incident or series of related incidents.
- Claims must include specific legal grounds for each party's liability under federal law.

Can you provide me with a bit more information about the issue?
We believe the Illinois man was a police informant because that night another DCFS investigator texted us asking if she could just check on our daughter we said no but her and about * officers came and said on body cameras that they were taking our daughter because of my proscribed medication because they were invented to help people with opioid addiction! I told her that I took them for pain management and mobility after braking my back but they didn’t care. I told them that they had no warrant or probable cause so no they didn’t need my daughter! Then they handcuffed me and threatened to arrest me if I didn’t go get her.

Yes! As my fiancé tried to go in to give the baby a hug a bunch of the officers tackled her to the concrete and held her there as she screamed let me go I’m a D.V. Survivor. The officials said they would be texting us information about where our daughter will be staying and what we need to do next and that never happened!
