Hello, this is Bruce Hintz. I have some problems that I need help with.I am sitting in prison and trying to get the sherrifs department in Mercer County to do something about my ex girlfriend and another guy shooting my dogs in my own yard and house. Now they have sold around $*,*.* worth of my dads, brothers, uncles, and even my grandparents stuff. The sherrifs office will not press charges. I have had my power of attorney go up and try! They say that the notarized papers I made in prison are not any good. They want me to call them but they wont except my calls from prison. I cant even make a police report. Its seems like they are blocking me from being able to do anything on purpose! They say she has every right to do what she has done. I don't know how * felons can take guns kill someone's dogs and it be okay!!?? They say that she has the right under common law marriage. North Dakota is not a common law marriage state that I know of. She has not lived on my farm for 7 years. I have a kid with another women. The only reason she has lived there is she had no where else to go and was trying to get disability and after paying for her needs for 4 years, this is what I get!!!
