Hi Amanda! What kind of legal issue are you dealing with?
My husband was served with a writ of garnishment with Bank of America for an unpaid credit card. He called a debt consolidator at one point for this and Bank of America made an offer, but this debt consolidation company never got back with my husband so that he could approve or decline the payoff settlement. They just stopped paying off the debt without him knowing. He didn't know until Bank of America sent documents that they were going to sue him. He ended up going with another debt consolidation company but the first one had everything so screwed up that the payments were incredibly high and hard to pay, leading to this now writ of garnishment. I'm now helping him answer to documents accordingly with answers to the interrogatory questions. We live in Pulaski County, Arkansas. What I need to know is how to answer these questions correctly and honestly and in the correct form. Can you help with this?
