well i believe it was done illegally. they went to my employer and said 'if you want to keep the bar open, you have to pay this". so the employer didnt feel like they had a choice. now i have not heard anything, i havent got one piece of mail, (except *.*.*) i thought it was paid off. i looked on mi courts and there is a bunch of garnishments, from them that is more than what they say i owe.
