Teacher Misconduct In School

My 16 year old told me when she was in ISS they get two bathroom breaks.. both bathroom breaks the ISS teacher Ms. King opened the STALL door on my kid while she was using it… when she got back to the class she said why did the teacher open the door when I was peeing and she responded how she had to scare the piss out of her So I sent an email last night to her principal and two social workers at the school… no response. I wrote she can do her ISS today but not with that specific teacher. I get a call this morning to pick my child up because she now has out of school suspension because she wouldn’t go into ISS with that teacher. So I tell them I sent an email and reported this incident and the behavior tech that called me is like she doesn’t know anything about what I reported blah blah blah so I report it to her now and say “aren’t you a mandated reporter? Now do something about it” they wouldn’t direct me to a principal because ALLL principals were in a PPT- mind you I requested one on the 26th of March with no responses. When I get to the school they wouldn’t let me in this time lol and they sent a principal out who went and got another principal in his office- I was there within * mins so there was no PPT. When I get there they read the email and LOW-KEY VICTIM BLAME THE ENTIRE TIME! They said it’s a traditional school bathroom there’s no keys to unlock the door so I’m like it it’s traditional you can stick your finger nail in the lock and unlock it ???? They said this happened on March 22nd she didn’t report it to us. So I said why would she if she reported this same teacher last year for calling the kids names and yall did nothing? They said well she didn’t report it to you til last night… I said do victims of rape report everything right away or at all? No… that was a private area but she reported it to me when she did and I’m doing something about it now. They were trying to tell me how all the parents love her I can show you emails from parents saying blah blah blah and I’m like well my kid had a problem since last year and she’s a sub so I didn’t know her name until last night. I’m reporting everything as I have all the info. He then starts talking to niyah about how she talks to people and maybe she should approach people better. LIKE NIGGA! NOWWWWWW we’re outta here cuz yall all crazy and now you’re victim blaming and I walked out. They go through a union and hr they can’t remove a teacher based on allegations they have because kids lie- “not saying she’s lying” I told them I investigate for DDS and we get the victim safe before anything by removing the ALLEGED PERPETRATOR!
