I am socially disabled and am autistic. They’ve been refusing to investigate my ex-boyfriend for the stalking and domestic violence he’s committed against me. As a result, I was being asked a ton of super victim-blaming questions during the student conduct meeting
Also— the medical emergency happened because they were refusing to mediate. I tried to make it stop multiple times before it got to that point. My ex was smiling and laughing about the things he did to me, his father was talking to me directly instead of through my advocate, my advocate was treating me poorly, and they kept constantly misgendering me on purpose
They’ve also been threatening to sanction me more for reaching out to faculty members in a non-harassing way

I’d really appreciate that. I’m low income currently so i’d need some time to pay, but I’d really like a lawyer. During my crisis, I ended up stemming in a severe way because of the lack of mediation (i.e, throwing my glasses, headphones, hitting my head, yelling and pacing) and I ended up seizing as a result of the stress (I have chronic PNES seizures). Since I was stuck in the seizure, I ended up attempting suicide. I tried to prevent this multiple times.

Yes please. What do you mean by my case sounds high value? And yes. She also accused my autistic vocal raising was me targeting her and not as a result of me being passionate about what was happening due to my autism, and my advocate often treated me like I was a child. It was extremely discomforting. My confidential victim’s advocate understood what was going on, but when i tried to explain to my hearing advocate, it was in one ear and out the other when i tried to tell her how my disability affects me. Same with the hearing panel for my suspension. They completely disregarded my disability.
