a co-worker at the school district contacted my daughte without my permission and got my address through her and they're basis reasons for coming to my home is that they were concerned for my welfare I sent the assistant principal an email stating that I was sick with long COVID which was shared with this coworker that morning and I have proof that this email was indeed shared with her. even knowing I was out sick they are claiming no one heard from me but that is not true but the defendant. Is stating that the assistant proncipal no longer works there so there's nothing they can do about it. Since the assistant principal no longer works there will that whole thing just be dropped in court That's not very fair
