my toxic work environment has turned against me now in the way that i am getting written up for anything. Even things in the past that were taken care of with a doctors note. THere bringing them up again. Manager is taking the word of a few against me. Ive had to go on medic leave now because of it. going back to that workplace will be hell. because of this do i have a claim of constructive dismissal?
